DELIVERY/SHIPPING

DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA

It’s important to us that you receive your purchases as quickly as possible.

All online orders will be processed within 24 hrs of payment and will be dispatched within one to two business days, unless otherwise advised.

All items under the value of $150 will be shipped via Australian Post - flat rate of $9.95 (Standard Postage), unless deemed to be a "bulky" item, then a flat rate of $14.95 will be charged to ship packages to all Australian states and territories. 

All orders over $150 will be shipped via Australia Post (standard postage) FREE for Australian residents, up to 5kgs.

Orders should arrive within 2-10 business days from time of posting, depending on your location within Australia.

Please note that Australia Post does not guarantee delivery times for regular deliveries, any times quoted will be approximate and can change due to varying circumstances.

DELIVERY TO NEW ZEALAND

We use Australia Post couriers for all international registered shipping to New Zealand. 

Charges are A$25.00 for parcels up to 3kgs.  Larger parcels will be quoted separately. Please note, this charge is for transport costs only, it does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the NZ government.

Please note that free shipping does not apply to international orders.

Active Style Dancewear does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country.

STORE PICKUP

Active Style Dancewear offers the convenience of store pick-up (Click and Collect) from our Kellyville Ridge NSW store to save on postage costs. This option is obviously only suitable if you are a local customer.  You will be contacted when your order is ready for collection. Please note that some items may not be in stock.  We cannot guarantee same day pick up of orders, this is only possible if all items are in-stock.  Please contact us if you need items urgently. 

PICK UP FROM ELITE PERFORMANCE STUDIOS 

If and only if, you are a member of Elite Performance Studios you may order online and request that your items be available for pick up (Click and Collect) from the Brookvale studio.  After you place your order and request this option, we will contact you to arrange same.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

We cannot guarantee that all items ordered will be immediately available. In some cases stock may need to be ordered from our suppliers within Australia or the USA.

We will contact you if orders are likely to be delayed or if they are unavailable for some reason.

If your order is urgent, please advise us (you can do this in the cart at checkout or by sending an email or text) so we can do everything humanly possible to ensure that your item is delivered to you quickly.
