RETURNS

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we want to help.

INCORRECT SIZE OR CHANGE OF MIND

If you wish to return an item due to ordering the incorrect size or simply because you have changed your mind, Active Style Dancewear will accept returns within 14 days of you receiving your order, provided the items are;

Unworn, unaltered & unwashed - trying on for fit is fine
In original condition - no marks, dirt, odours or other damage
With all tags attached and/or in the original packaging

Items that don't meet the above conditions will be returned to you at your cost.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Please note that the following items are not eligible for a refund:

Tights (if the packaging has been opened)
Underwear
Hair products
Earrings
Items marked as "Final Clearance"
Pre-loved Dance Shoes, Dance & Activewear

FAULTY PRODUCT

Active Style Dancewear adheres to & upholds the Australian Consumer Law.
In the unfortunate case that you receive a faulty product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to discuss options. To obtain a replacement or full refund, photos and a description of the faulty product are to be forwarded to us within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Email us at @info@activestyled.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We will send you return instructions. Return shipping is at the customer's cost unless the item is deemed faulty.

Refunds will be processed within one business day of receipt of and inspection of the return item/s.
