Here at Active Style Dancewear we pride ourselves on our excellent customer service.
I packed the orders myself, so I know the earrings were in the package when they left our possession. Did the package look like it had been opened or had been re-stuck when you received it? It is rare for anything like this to occur, so if possible I would like to take steps to ensure it doesn't occur again in the future.
